摘要
西藏是中国乃至世界的一块生态重地 ,其生态环境的保护和改善对中华民族乃至全人类的生存与发展具有重要意义。要保护好这片人类共有的生态宝地 ,就必须改变传统产业发展模式 ,走产业可持续发展道路 ,努力实现产业的资源化、特色化、社会化与生态化发展 ,才有可能确保独特高原生态系统的良性循环 ,合理开发利用丰富资源 。
Tibet is an important region in need of ecological protection and development. Sustainable practices are of key importance to the development of China and even the whole world. Efforts in this domain urgently require the substitution of sustainable developmental modes for traditional patterns. Industrial development must take into account factors such as the local resources, features, social background, and ecological systems so that the balance of nature in the Tibetan Plateau is guaranteed and sustainable development promoted.
