摘要
分析了江苏省22所高校体育馆的运行和管理情况,归纳了高校体育馆资源浪费、管理体制不顺、缺少运行经费和经营管理专业人才等问题。以常州大学体育馆为例,阐述了高校体育馆的发展对策:理顺管理体制,健全核算体系,加快市场化经营开发开放,盘活有形资产,建立懂管理、善经营的经营管理人才队伍。
In recent years, the construction of university gymnasium is going to develop rapidly, which has huge scale, advanced facilities, and high input cost. The operating difficulties have become a practical problem facing university leaders. Decreasing operating cost, improving management effectiveness, urgently solving the problems existent in management system, operation mechanism and management team of gymnasium should be made, to realize the sustainable development of university gymnasium.
