摘要
结合高校日常资产管理的实际情况与特点,找寻高校资产管理与预算管理中存在的主要矛盾与问题,针对这些矛盾与问题提出相应的改进措施,并基于资产管理与预算管理相结合的原则,探索高校资产管理的创新模式,使高校资产管理更加规范,并获得进一步的发展。
Combining the daily actual condition and features, this article points out how to find the main contradiction and problems existent in the assets management and budget management in colleges and universities. Aiming at those, this article puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. Based on the principle of assets management combined with budget management, this article also explores an innovative assets management mode to standardize the assets management in colleges and universities and to get sustainable development.
