The principle of due process is one of the most important constitutional principles in England-American law system. The value of due process is neutrality, rationality, independent, workability, equality, participation, voluntary, timeliness, finality and openness. With the help of due process, we can gain constitutional authority from the constitutional belief, majesty and supremacy.
