摘要
加载装置作为结构材应力分等设备结构中的关键部件之一,其可靠性直接关系到整机设备的稳定运行。利用Solidworks三维设计软件对加载装置进行了三维实体建模,然后通过无缝连接导入到ANSYS Workbench中对其进行模态分析。根据低阶模态分析,得出加载装置的固有频率和振型,并将分析结果与外界激励进行了对比分析,所得结论为防止共振和后续进行谐响应分析、瞬态动力学分析以及结构动力特性的优化设计提供了理论依据。
As a key part of stress grading equipment of structural lumber, the reliability of loading device directly related to the stability of the whole equipment running. 3D design software Solidworks was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of the loading device, and then the modal was seamlessly imported into the ANSYS Workbench to carry out the modal analysis. Based on low-level modal analysis, the natural frequency and vibration modes are obtained, and the analytical results are contrasted with external excitations, the achieved conclusions offers theoretical basis for the resonance prevention and the further harmonic response analysis, transient dynamics analysis and the optimization design of the structural dynamic characteristics.
