古贤水利枢纽工程位于黄河干流中游,设计总库容146.59亿m3,是黄河水沙调控体系的重要组成部分,也是保障区域粮食安全和经济社会快速稳定发展的战略性工程,其与小浪底水库联合调水调沙运用可对黄河水沙实施有效控制,同时该枢纽工程建成后将极大地改善两岸灌区灌溉条件、保障工业与生活供水,从黄河防洪减淤、发电、供水、灌溉四方面计算的经济效益现值为437.48亿元、效益年值为76.81亿元,从国家宏观角度分析,项目的投入可以得到丰厚的回报。
The Yellow River Guxian water control project is planned to be located at the middle Yellow River, with a total storage capacity of 14. 659 billion m3. The project is of great importance in the Yellow River water and sediment regulation system, which occupies a strategic position on ensuring regional food security and promoting rapid and steady development of the local economy and society. It can control the water and sediment of the Yellow River effectively by joint operation with Xiaolangdi project, and improve irrigation conditions and ensure water supply of industrial and domestic use. The flood prevention and sedimentation reduction, hydroelectric power, water supply and irrigation present value is RMB 43. 748 bil- lion, annual value is RMB 7. 681 billion. The investment can produce generous returns for the country.
