摘要
目的：建立五子补肾胶囊的质量标准.方法：采用TLC法对方中淫羊藿、锁阳、酒苁蓉、西洋参进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷的含量.结果：TLC法中斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;淫羊藿苷的进样量在9.96～99.60 μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率100.70%,RSD为2.03%（n=9）.结论：所建标准可用于五子补肾胶囊的质量控制.
Objective ： To establish the quality standard for Wuzi Bushen capsules. Method： The qualitative identification of Epi- medium brevicornu, Cynomorium songaricum, Cistanche deserticola and Panax quinque foliuml was conducted by TLC. The content of icariin was determined by HPLC. Result： The TLC spots were clear without interference of the negative sample. The linear range of icariin was 9.96-99. 60μg（ r = 0.999 8） with the average recovery of 100.70% （ RSD = 2.03%, n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： The established quality standard can be used in the quality control of Wuzi Bushen capsules.
