摘要
夹具设计六点定位法则出自刚体力学,离工程实际甚远,应用中有许多混乱。作者在总结实践经验的基础上,研究了弹性变形、配合间隙和定位面的误差等因素,对法则进行探讨。提出了比较接近实际的定位设计法则.
The existing law of position setting comes from geostatics. It is confusable in application. Based on the generalized productive experience, by considering the elestic deformations of the fixture and the workpiece, the principle of fit clearance and tolerance, the error of setting surfaces etc., the author proposes a more complete law of fixture design which is suitable to engineering process.
