摘要
[目的]选育紫甘薯新品种,满足市场和生产者对优质高产紫甘薯新品种的需求.[方法]以福薯13号为母本进行集团杂交选育,分别于2009、2010～2011年参加品比试验和区域试验;2012年参加福建甘薯新品种生产试验和品种展示,并参加全国紫甘薯展示评比.[结果]育成优质高产紫甘薯新品种福宁紫3号,具有花青素高、较高产、稳产、优质、贮藏性好、抗蔓割病、适应性广等特点.品比试验中,鲜薯和薯干产量分别为28000.5和8959.5 kg/ha,分别比对照金山57减产22.20％和2.00％;2010～2011年区试,平均鲜薯产量31366.95、36395.70 kg/ha,比对照品种金山57减产12.02％、21.97％;2012年参加生产试验,莆田、惠安、宁化3个点平均鲜薯产量45567.0 kg/ha,比对照减产4.06％.2010～2011两年平均干物率、出粉率、食味和外观均高于对照,单株结薯数较多,单株薯块重较高,大中薯率较高.该品种于2013年4月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定.[结论]福宁紫3号适于各种类型土壤,早、晚薯均可种植,适宜在福建省大面积推广应用.
[ Objective ]To meet the needs of market and producer for top-quality and high-yield new varieties of pur- ple sweetpotato, the current experiments were conducted for variety breeding. [Method]By group crossing with Fushu 13 （ 9 ）, variety experiments and plot tests were carried out in 2009,2010 and 2011. The new purple sweetpotato variety Fu- jian entered for production trial and cultivar presentation in 2012, and it was signed up for national purple sweetpotato contest. [Result]The newly-bred top-quality high-yield purple sweetpotato variety Funingzi 3 had high content of antho- cyanin, superior preservation traits, Fusarium wilt resistance and wide adaptation. In variety comparison trials, fresh and dry potato yield were 28000.5 and 8959.5 kg/ha, down by 22.20% and 2.00% compared with Jinshan 57. The results from production test in 2012 showed that the mean fresh potato yield in Putian, Hui＇an and Ninghua was 45567.0 kg/ha, down by 4.06%. During 2010 and 2011, mean dry matter rate, flour yield, taste and appearance of the new variety were higher than those of the control. There were more and heavier tubers with higher rate of big and middle-size potatoes. Funingzi 3 was certified by Fujian Committee for Crop Variety Registration in April, 2013. [Conclusion]Funingzi 3 is good for various soil type and can plant in early and late season, so it is, suitable for wide extension in Fujian.
