摘要
精密仪表上使用的微型轴承对启动摩擦力矩的要求较严格,启动摩擦力矩是衡量高灵敏微型轴承的重要指标之一。因此,研制了非接触式微型轴承启动摩擦力矩测量仪,介绍了仪器的基本工作原理,机械结构,电气控制系统,软件设计方法和仪器校准方法。
The miniature bearings for precision instruments have strict requirements for starting friction torque. The starting friction torque is one of important index to judge the highly sensitive miniature bearings. Therefore, non - con- tact instrument for measuring starting friction torque of miniature bearings is developed, the basic working principle, mechanical structure, electric control structure, software control method and calibrating method of the instrument are introduced.
