摘要
政府经济职能是政府在国家经济行政管理中的职责范围和应发挥的作用 ,政府经济职能的选择对社会经济的发展具有导向性。市场经济条件下 ,要认识到市场的调节作用 ,也要充分发挥政府的宏观调控作用。实施西部大开发战略 ,加快中西部地区发展 ,是现阶段我国政府经济职能的重要选择。
Governments economic function is the limits of duty and roles played by government in national economic and administrative management.Governments choices of economic functions have the action of guide to social economic development.Under conditions of market oriented economy,we should not only recognize the markets function of regulation,but fully bring the function of governments macro management into play.It is Chinese governments great policy making in face of new century and its significant choice of economic functions at present stage to carry out the strategy of western development and speed up the development of mid west.
