摘要
不同主体对应最佳学习范式。根据学习范式创新内在机理,结合中小企业学习状况,应建立政府主导,兼具大学和企业大学功能,以中小企业经营者、政策制定者、理论研究者为教育培训对象,可实现中小企业组织内学习、组织间学习和系统内学习,具有教育培训、科研、管理咨询和决策咨询、社会化服务和社会网络构建等职能的中小企业大学,作为中小企业学习新范式。
Different subjects are corresponding to the best learning paradigm. Based on the internal mechanism of learning paradigm innovation, combining with learning situations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), universities of SMEs should be established as a new learning paradigm. They are of the following characteristics: government-led, functions with both higher-education institutions and corporate training institutions, trainees are SME entrepreneurs, policy makers, theorists, learning can be achieved within organizations, among organizations and within industries, they have many functions, such as education and training, scientific research, management eousuhing and decision-making advisory, social service and social network construction, etc..
