儿童血管支架植入术的早期并发症分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过分析儿童血管内支架植入术的早期并发症了解儿童血管内支架植入术的安全性。方法对10例肺动脉分支狭窄或者主动脉缩窄患者行血管内支架植入术后的早期并发症进行分析。结果术中出现球囊破裂1例,术后出现尿潜血阳性2例,消化道出血1例,胸部不适2例,头痛、呕吐1例,10例中6例并发症均在24 h内缓解。结论儿童血管内支架植入术的早期并发症较少,而且多无特异性。因此,只要病例适应证选择合适,手术操作规范,儿童血管内支架植入术是安全、可靠的。
