摘要
国有企业要在市场经济体制建设过程中进行有效的战略性改组 ,必须对企业进行科学分类 ,坚持有进有退 ,有所为有所不为 。
The strategic reorganization of state-own enterprises in the construction of market economy system requires a scientific classification of the enterprises while sticking to the principle of advancing and retreating state-operated capital wisely with the right focus on structural reforms.
