摘要
使用太阳自动跟踪技术是提高光伏发电系统效率的有效手段,监测和控制跟踪系统运行状态是确保其产生最大效能的重要措施。本文提出了一种利用三维电子罗盘实现太阳双轴跟踪系统两个重要角度(俯仰角与航向角)的实时测量方法,介绍了角度测量的原理,研制了基于这种方法的测量系统。该系统由硬件子系统及软件子系统组成,硬件以TMS320F2812DSP作为系统主控制器,通过ⅡC总线读取三轴磁阻传感器模块和三轴加速度模块的参数;软件主要完成对磁阻传感器模块的磁场校准,采用CORDIC算法与泰勒展开式法混合计算三角函数值,完成罗盘姿态的准确解算。实验结果表明该系统可同时测量双轴跟踪系统的航向角与俯仰角,且计算精度高、航向角的测量不受俯仰角变化的影响。
Due to the utilization of solar tracking technique is the way to improve the efficiency of photovohaic power system, and monitoring and controlling the state of the system is an important measure to obtain its maximum efficien- cy, a proposal of a new method is made for measuring the two important angles ( a course angle and a pitch angle) of the solar two-axis tracking system in real time by using three-dimensional electronic compass, a detailed description of the operation principle for detecting the angles is performed, and a development of the prototype based on the method is carried out in the paper. The system consists of a hardware subsystem and a software subsystem. In the hardware part, with the DSP TMS320F2812 as the main controller, the parameters of the 3-axis magnetic resistance sensor mod- ule and 3-axis acceleration sensor module are mainly read out by IIC bus. In the software part, a magnetic field cali- bration of the magnetic resistance sensor module is mainly implemented, and a calculation of the trigonometric function is made to solve compass attitude accurately by using the combined method of CORDIC algorithm and Taylor expansion method. The experiment shows that the course angle and pitch angle of two-axis tracking system can be accurately measured at the same time by the system, and the method is characterized by high detection precision, and no effect of the measurement of the course angle on the change of the pitch angle.
