Total RNA was prepared from the human fetal kidney.cDNA was synthesized as template used in PCR for amplification of the full cDNA (1.3 kb) for bone morphogenetic protein?7(BMP?7). Sequencing result showed thatthe amino acid sequence coded by this gene is identical to that of the reportedhuman BMP-7.
