摘要
以临床病例为中心的讨论式教学(Case-based Learning,CBL)模式是通过病例探讨分析来促进和巩固知识、技能的医学课程学习模式。根据留学生自身特点,结合肾病内科实习阶段的教学内容,尝试性地将CBL教学方法应用于留学生临床实习教学中。大大提高了学生的学习兴趣,提高了实习质量,值得在医学留学生临床教学中进一步推广。
Case-based learning （CBL） is used to stimulate and underpin the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and attitudes by clinical cases as a medical course approach. According to students＇ characteristics, good effects were acquired in the practice of CBL teaching in Nephrology applied by teachers. It greatly improves the students＇ interest in learning and is worthy to be popularized.
