新时期临床实习医学生医德情感培养的探索与实践 被引量:8

摘要 临床实习期是医学生接触社会,服务患者,强化医德意识的关键时期,然而处于该阶段的医学生尚未形成坚定的医德信念,急需适时给予正确的引导。西方国家在实习期对学生进行的医德教育的成功经验给予了我国启示,结合当前新时期学生多元化的价值取向和道德观念,应积极探索与实践,通过多种方法、多途径地加强临床实习期医学生的医德教育,引导学生正确对待身边的非道德现象。在学生进入临床实习前及临床实习期间,运用专项教育、角色扮演、案例分析、社会实践等多种形式方法,把医德教育与临床实习工作有机地结合起来,督促实习生树立良好的医德观念,培养其良好的医德情感,坚定医德信念。 Clinical practice period is the key period during which medical students can contact the society, serve the patients, strengthen medical ethics consciousness. However, medical students have not yet formed a moral conviction at the stage. So we need to give them correct guidance at the right time. The successful experience of medical ethics education in western countries for students in the period give us inspiration. We try to combine the problem with the current students in the new era of diverse values and moral concepts. Through a variety of methods, we actively explore and practice to strengthen medical ethics education in clinical practice period, and lead them to treat non ethical phe- nomena correctly. During the period, we use special education, cosplay, case analysis, social practice and other forms, to combine medical ethics education and clinical practice, so as to supervise the medical students to establish good medical ethics, cultivat good medical ethics emotion and firm moral belief.
