摘要
使用光学显微镜技术 ,对大豆属不同进化类型植物次生木质部导管分子进行离析。实验结果表明 :野生、半野生、半栽培和栽培大豆的导管分子相对长度、粗细差异较大 ,导管穿孔板形态亦不同。野生大豆导管分子保留了尾端 ,其它大豆导管分子尾端退化消失。大豆属植物导管的管间纹孔式多样 ,每种导管分子的形态代表了各自的演化地位 ,即 :野生大豆原始→半野生大豆→半栽培大豆→栽培大豆导管分子的演化规律。
Using microscopical technique in this experiment,vessel elements of different evolvement type soybean plants have been dispersed.The result showed that the relative length,width and thickness of vessel elements are different from each other.There are va rious shapes of perforation at the top of a vessel,the Glycine soja has the tail on the vessel top,but in semi wild soybean,semi culture soybean and Glycine max have not been found the tail at the top of vessel.The intervascular pitting of soybean are differently in Glycine.All of the vessels shapes of species soybean have represented their position of evolutional system, i.e .the Glycine soja is originally→semi wild→semi culture→Glycine max is a plant of evolvement in Glycine L.
