极低挥发分无烟煤粉在电站锅炉炉膛中燃烧过程的微观分析 被引量:1

摘要 文[1,2]曾对几种典型煤种燃烧生成飞灰的微观形貌进行过研究。本文旨在进一步查明极低挥发分无烟煤粉颗粒的燃尽过程。 1取样系统与方法取样的锅炉是福建某火电厂5号炉(WGZ410/100-7型)。该炉系固态排渣煤粉炉,采用四角布置直流喷燃器。燃用的煤种是以福建加福煤为主的极低挥发分混无烟煤,其工业分析值示于表1. 图1(a)为取样系统和取样探针结构图。水冷取样探针用φ50mm×3m的不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)钢管作外套管,取样管为φ12mm×1.5m的不锈钢管,用两根φ10mm×1.5m的铜管将冷却水送至探针头部,然后经环形水夹套自探针尾部排出。冷却水压力为0. By means of optical microphotography, scanning electron microscope and wavelength dispersive analysis of X-ray (WDAX), both the micromorphology characteristics and the carbon content of the pulverized coal particles, which were sampled from the boiler of a 50MW power unit burning anthracitic coal with very low volatile matter content, was examined and analyzed. It is found that the poor burning behavior of the anthracitic coal with very low volatile matter content results from the difference of the form and texture of burning particles, which is caused by the reason and geologic condition of the coal formation. The combustion efficiency can be improved by increasing particle residence time in high temperature zone of the furnace and/or reducing particle size of the pulverized coal.
