摘要
社会的不断发展促使中国政府进行改革,行政审批制度也不可避免。通过对新泰市行政服务中心的分析,可以发现该中心的标准化体系建设对行政审批制度改革大有启示,可良好改善政府形象、行政效率等,同时该中心也存在一些问题,包括人员管理、部门利益分配、信息安全等,只有进一步精简机构,整合人员;强化监督机制;构建安全的网络平台和提高标准化水平,才能更有效地解决这些问题。
The continuous development of society prompted the Chinese government to reform, and the administrative examination and approval system are also inevitable. Analyzing the Administrative Service Center of Xintai City, we can find that the standardization system of this center has a great revelation to the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, and it may well improve the image of the government and administrative efficiency, while this center also has some problems, such as personnel management, the sector distribution of benefits and information security. In order to solve these problems effectively, it should further streamline the organization and integration of personnel; strengthen supervision mechanisms; build secure network platform, and improve the level of standardization.
