摘要
用中径或单一中径计算作用中径,这个问题在国外从50年代起就存在两种看法,在国内也争议了10年.通过理论分析和实测验证,对螺纹的中径与单一中径以及与作用中径的关系,本文导出新的计算公式,为解决争议提供了合理的办法.在分析过程中发现了英国NPL所给公式存在错误的原因.
There exist two different views on calculating the virtual pitch diameter of screw thread, one considers it should be calculated from the pitch diameter, and the other stands for that from the simple pitch diameter. By theoretical analysis and experimental verification, this paper derives a set of new formulas for calculating the relations between the pitch diameter, the simple pitch diameter and the virtual pitch diameter. These formulas provide a reasonable method to settle the dispute. In addition, the cause of the error in the formula given by N. P. L. in Britian is found.
