摘要 汽车液压油路洁净与否取决于油路堵盖是否合格。文中对油路塑料堵盖的结构特点、材料和工艺进行分析;选取了合适的注塑机并对主要参数进行校核计算,确定了型腔的尺寸;根据堵盖的形状设计了一模两腔结构的注塑模具,保证了塑料堵盖加工的顺利进行。该设计对同类模具设计有一定的参考价值。 The oil cleanness in pipe depends on the quality of the blocking cover. Based on the structural analysis of the blocking cover, the injection mould is designed. The structural characteristics, materials and processes are analyzed. A suitable plastic injection machine is selected, and its main parameters are checked, so that the sizes of the mould cavity are determined. Finally, a two-cavity injection mould is designed according to the shape of the blocking cover. The mould design ensured the plastic blocking cover processing smoothly. The design provides some valuable references for similar moulds design.
