摘要
通过对不同培养条件下四种海洋微藻胞内多糖含量的测定 ,系统地研究了光照时间、温度、CO2 的通入量及营养盐对微藻胞内多糖的影响 ,以探索其优化条件。
By determining the intra-polysaccharide contents of four species of marine microalga in different culture conditions,the effects of different conditions,such as photoperiod,temperature,the volume of carbon dioxide and nutrients,on the intra-polysaccharide contents were systemically studied,the optimal culture conditions were obtained.
