肿瘤外周血循环细胞对胰腺癌的诊断价值 被引量：9

摘要 目的评价胰腺癌外周血肿瘤循环细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法采用免疫磁珠负性富集结合免疫荧光方法分离和鉴定CTCs,回顾性分析我院2010年5月-2012年5月就诊的69例胰腺癌患者(胰腺癌组)和30例健康对照组外周血CTCs水平,分析单独应用CTCs检测胰腺癌的临床价值及CTCs与CA19-9联合对胰腺癌的诊断价值。结果胰腺癌组CTCs的检出率为88.41%,对照组均未检测出CTCs,CTCs的检出情况和血清CA19-9升高水平具有相关性(r=0.23,P=0.012);CA19-9与CTCs联合可提高胰腺癌诊断的灵敏性,阳性似然比>10,阴性似然比<0.2。结论 CTCs是胰腺癌诊断的敏感指标,联合CA19-9与CTCs可提高胰腺癌的诊断水平。
