摘要
在CO2 浓度分别为 35 0 μmol·mol-1和倍增浓度 (70 0 μmol·mol-1)的两个开顶式生长室内 ,研究了干旱胁迫下小麦 (TriticumaestivumL .)光合作用和抗氧化酶活性的变化 .结果表明 ,CO2 浓度升高显著提高了小麦的净光合速率 ,降低了蒸腾速率 ,提高了气孔阻力和水分利用效率 .倍增CO2 浓度明显提高了SOD、POD及CAT酶活性 ,增强了小麦的抗氧化保护能力和抗旱性 .
The photosynthesis and antioxidative enzyme activities of wheat plants grown in two open top chambers with CO 2 concentrations of 350μmol·mol -1 and 700μmol·mol -1 were examined under drought stress.The result showed that elevated CO 2 concentration obviously enhanced the photosynthesis,stomatal resistance and water use efficiency,but decreased the transpiration of wheat.Doubled CO 2 concentration significantly increased the activities of CAT,POD and SOD,which enhanced the abilities of antioxidative defence and drought tolerance.
