摘要
目的 :评价鼠迹法在检查灭鼠质量和鼠情调查中的作用。方法 :对 2 51个单位用粉块法、拖食法、鼠迹法同步配对测定。结果 :鼠迹法检出阳性率为 75.0 % ,高于粉块法检出率( 62 .14% ) ,μ =2 .38,P <0 .0 5,但鼠迹法有误判现象。结论 :以新鼠粪及鼠迹法与粉块法互补的方法 。
This paper reported the comparative study on three kinds of investigating methods,rodent trace,powered-spot as well as bait expending in 251 units.The positive rate was 75.0 % with rodent trace methods,the positive rate was 62.14 % by powdered-spot.(μ= 2.82 P < 0.01 ),but it had mistakes by rodent trace.Where the place had positive result by rodent trace,it had not rodent infestation.Conclusion:The method used in fresh rodent excrement or rodent trace with powdered spot,will be correct to evaluate on rodent control quality and density of rodent investigation.
