大学生自我妨碍及其与大五人格的关系研究 被引量：2

摘要 本研究探究大学生的自我妨碍与人格特质之间的明确关系,采用Rhodewalt编制的"自我妨碍量表"(SHS)及McCrae和Costa编制的"简易大五人格量表"(NEO-FFI)对珠海某高校176名大学生(其中男生47人,女生129人)进行调查,研究发现:大学生自我妨碍与神经质呈显著正相关,与外倾性呈显著负相关,与宜人性呈显著负相关,与责任心呈显著负相关。神经质能够显著地正向预测大学生自我妨碍,责任心能够显著地负向预测大学生自我妨碍。这说明大学生人格特质能够很好地预测其自我妨碍。
