摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定硫化剂MOCA含量的方法。结果表明,以甲醇:水(85:15)为流动相,检测波长为254um,联苯二胺为内标,在0.1μg/mL～10.μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(γ=0.9996),平均回收率为99.52％,RSD=0.56％(n=5)。
High pressure Liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the contents of MOCA in vulcanized agent. The results showed that methanol -water (85 : 15) was used as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,internal standard was benzidine. There was a good linear correlation in the range 0. 1 μg/mL ~10 μg/mL of MOCA (r=0. 999 6). The average rate of recovery was 99. 52 % and the relative standard deviation was 0. 56 % (n = 5).
