摘要
用NDZ -10 1处理过的纳米TiO2 、亚微米级TiO2 对UP树脂进行填充改性。用接触角法测定了偶联剂的用量 ,研究了TiO2 的用量对UP树脂力学性能、耐酸碱性的影响。结果表明 ,当纳米TiO2 用量为 4%时 ,材料的增韧增强效果最好。其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度分别提高了 10 2 % ,184% ,12 5 % ,12 0 %。
s Unsaturated polyester was modified through filling with nano-TiO 2and submicro-TiO 2surface treated by NDZ-101.The content of NDZ-101 was determined by the way of contact angle,and effects of the content of TiO 2on the mechanical properties and acid-resistance and alkali resistance were studied.The results showed when the content of TiO 2was 4%,the mechanical property was optimal.Comparing with UP,the tensile strength,bending strength,elongation at break and impact strength of UP/TiO 2nanocomposite increased 102%,184%,125% and 120% respectively.
