摘要 制备和研究了 80目、40 0目和 12 5 0目三种不同粒径的云母增强PP复合材料。结果显示 ,云母可普遍提高PP的强度、模量和室温韧性 ,其中弯曲性能增幅尤甚 ,但材料断裂伸长率下降。减小云母粒径 ,材料韧性上升而刚性下降。PP -g MAH可强化PP与云母两相的界面结合 ,使界面过渡层变厚 ,从而普遍提高各项性能。 s PP/mica composite that consists of three different sizes mica of 80, 400 and 1250 mesh were prepared and studied.The tensile and flexural strength and modulus and toughness at room temperature increased when PP was filled with mica,among which the improvement of flexural properties was best,but the elongation at break of the PP/mica descended.When the size of mica reduced,the toughness of PP/mica composite increased and the rigidity descended.It was found that because of adding PP-g-MAH,the interface compatibility between PP and mica and the interfacial layer were improved,as a result the properties of PP/mica composite were improved.
