摘要
文章从城市水土保持的内涵和外延出发，详细分析了城镇侵蚀对可持续发展的影响及危害，论述了城市水土保持与可持续发展的关系，认为只有加强水土保持，改善生态环境，保持资源基础和基本设施的稳定性，提高城市载体功能水平，才能促进其可持续发展。
In this paper,the author proceeding from the intension and extension Of water and soil conservation,anal- ysed influence and harm to. sustainable development resulting from erosion of cities and towns in detail, discussed the retations between sustainable development and water and soil conservation in urban area and thought only by strenghening water and soil conservation,improving ecological environment, maintaining the stendiness of resource foundation and basic installations and raising function level of city as drier can we promote sustainable development of it.
