摘要
文化建设工作的开展是目前我国经济社会发展的需求,也是医院整体发展的内在要求,文化建设工作在医院的开展需要医院领导层进行制度完善和理念创新。进行医院的文化建设需要从多方面考虑,只有加强医院的文化建设才能推动医院的整体发展。笔者将从医院的实际出发,结合文化建设的重要性,对医院文化建设的理念和路径进行简要的分析。
The cultural construction work is the demand of economic and social development in our country, also is the inherent requirement of the overall hospital development, cultural construction work in the hospital needs to perfect hospital management system and theory innovation. Hospital cultural construction needs to consider from several aspects, only to strengthen the construction of hospital culture can promote the overall development of hospital. The author will from the reality of hospital, combined with the importance of cultural construction, make a brief analysis of the concept and path of hospital culture construction.
