摘要
综观国内外发展史 ,结合我国西部的特点 ,提出西部大开发以流域为单元的开发模式 ,指出流域开发模式可以各种各样 ,但其项目管理模式具有规范性 ,并结合个人体会 ,简要介绍项目管理模式应抓好的几个主要环节。
Looking into the development history at home and abroad,combining with the features of western of China, the development patternfor river basin as unit in western development was pointed out.The author also pointed out that the river basin development pattern may be various,but the project management pattern is normative.That the several main links should be carried out well in project management was briefly introduced here.
