摘要
本文对用于推力轴承的弹性金属塑料瓦 (简称塑料瓦 )的机理作了简要说明 ,列举了塑料瓦的优点 ,汇总了我国部分水电站塑料瓦的运行情况与数据 ,对运行中出现的一些问题作了简要分析 ,提出了塑料瓦安全运行应采取的措施及须注意的事项 ,对塑料瓦面型线的设计及运行后型线的修整作了经验介绍 ,并对有关塑料瓦的几个需要澄清的观点作了技术分析。
This paper introduces the mechanism of elastic metallic plastic segment(abbreviated as EMP segment)used for thrust bearing.Lists are given about the advantages of EMP segment,enumerating the technical data and situation of operation for some hydroelectric power stations in China.A brief analysis of some problems emerged in operation is made.The measures and items needing attention for safe operation are put forward.The experience for designing and refinishing the surface shape of EMP segment are introduced.Finally,a technical analysis of some viewpoints needing clarification is illustrated.
