摘要
国内特高压隔离开关正在迅速发展,800 kV隔离开关国内目前有3种结构形式:双柱水平直打形式、双柱水平伸缩式和三柱水平双断口形式。笔者主要介绍800 kV双柱单臂水平伸缩式四连杆传动结构高压隔离开关结构的研究及产品关键件强度计算。双柱单臂水平伸缩式四连杆传动结构在国内特高压隔离开关产品中的应用,大大降低了产品的整体高度,减小产品纵向尺寸,节省占地面积;关键件强度计算采用的是Cosmos Works分析软件。研究表明,双柱单臂水平伸缩式结构产品适合于特高压隔离开关的发展,具有传动平稳、可靠、产品强度高等特点。
The ultra high basically designed into voltage disconnectors are ra three kinds of type, a pidlly being developed in domestic. They are double-column horizontal break disconnector, now a double-column fold-type disconnector with a single break, and a three-column both sides break type disconnector. This paper presents the research on the double-column fold-type construction with four-connecting-rob linkage driving structure for 800 kV disconnector and the calculation to the strength of the major parts in the product. Such type disconnector has the merits of saving space height and the longitudinal dimension. In addition, the "Cosmos Works" analysis calculate the strength of the major parts. The result shows that this structure of suitable for developing of UHV disconnector owing to the good properties of its stable high strength etc and reduction of the software is used to disconnector is very and reliable driving,
