摘要
特高压输电线路上潜供电弧的存在影响系统的供电安全和稳定运行,如果不能及时熄灭,将造成单相自动重合闸的失败,因此有必要对潜供电弧进行深入系统地研究。输电线路参数是影响潜供电流和恢复电压的主要因素之一,对于特高压长距离输电线路必须要考虑线路的分布参数特性。由于线路集肤效应的存在,线路参数的分布特性实际上是频率的函数。笔者根据频率相关参数电路理论,建立了特高压输电线路单相接地故障后潜供电弧参数的传输线方程,对潜供电弧产生的物理过程进行详细的分析,给出了恢复电压和潜供电流的边界条件和初始条件,并对其进行系统的计算和分析,得出恢复电压和潜供电流的变化规律,即恢复电压静电感应分量与线路长度无关,与故障点位置无关,电磁感应分量值与故障点位置密切相关;潜供电流也由静电感应分量和电磁感应分量组成,二者均与故障点位置密切相关。文中的研究成果为进一步分析潜供电弧受各种条件和因素影响的程度提供了基础。
Secondary arc on ultra-high-voltage (UHV) transmission lines weakens security and stability of power system. If the secondary arc cannot be extinguished in time, single-phase automatic reclosure (SPAR) would be failed. The parameter of a transmission line is one of the main factors affecting secondary arc current and recovery voltage. It is necessary to consider the line distribution parameters for UHV long distance transmission line. Distribution characteristic of line parameter is actually a function of frequency because of skin effect. In this paper, a secondary arc parameters transmission dive equation for the UHV transmission lines with a single-phase earthing fault is established according to the frequency related parameters circuit theory. The physical process of secondary arc is analyzed in detail, the boundary conditions and initial conditions of recovery voltage and secondary arc current are given, and the variation regularities of recovery voltage and secondary arc current are obtained through calculation and analysis. The results show that: ① the electrostatic induction component of recovery voltage is independent to length of line and fault position, while the electromagnetic induction component closely relates to fault position; ② the secondary arc current is composed of electrostatic induction component and electromagnetic induction component, which closely relate to fault position. This study may provide a basis for further analyzing the influences of various conditions and factors on secondary arc.
