摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)在老年肺癌手术中的可行性及其对术后并发症的影响。方法将需行肺切除术的老年肺癌患者102例,采用单盲随机数表法将患者分为快速康复外科组(观察组)和常规治疗组(对照组),每组51例。记录患者住院时间、胸腔引流管留置时间及并发症情况。结果观察组胸腔引流管留置时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);观察组并发症发生率(21.6%)低于对照组(31.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科应用于老年肺癌术中可有效促进肺癌患者术后的康复,减少并发症发生,节约社会医疗资源。
Objective To explore the application of fast track surgery （FTS） in lung cancer surgery of elderly patients and its influence on complications. Methods 102 elderly patients were randomly divided into the Frs group（ experiment group） and the common therapy group（control group） with 51 patients in each group. Length of hospital stay and chest tube indwelling time,complications were recorded. Results Patients in the experiment group had shorter length of hospital stay and chest tube indwelling time than that of the control group （P 〈0.01 ） ,and had fewer complication rate（21.6% versus 31.6% ,P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of FTS on lung cancer surgery can apparently accelerate the recovery of elderly patients, reduce complications and save the societal medical resource.
