摘要
为了解保护地主栽番茄品种现状,以适合华北地区保护地栽培的番茄品种为试材,2011年和2012年对番茄主要果实性状进行调查。结果表明,果实可溶性糖含量在2.34%~2.53%、总有机酸含量介于0.249%~0.327%,或pH值介于4.23~4.27、可溶性固形物含量(SS)在4.5%~5.2%、SS/pH值在1.17~1.22的番茄品种风味比较浓郁。针对保护地番茄品种现状,应进一步加强高SS含量、高维生素C含量、高番茄红素含量、高圆果形和早熟性番茄新品种选育力度。
The investigation of fruit traits of the main tomato cultivars in protected field in North China was carried out to assess the present situation of tomato cultivars. The results showed that as for the quality of tomato cultivars, the soluble sugar content and total organic acids content were 2.34%-2.53% and 0. 249%-0. 327%,respectively; pH,SS and SS/pH were 4.23-4.27, 4.5 %- 5.2%, and 1.17-1.22, respectively. Such cultivars have a fuller flavor. On account of the current situation of tomatoes in protected field,we should reinforce the breeding of new cultivars with high SS content, high Vc content, high lycopene, high round fruit shape,and early maturity.
