摘要
商会作为重要的社会自组织,它的组织化发展是促进商会组织健康有序发展的本质要求和实现社会管理组织化的必然要求。河南省商会组织在组织化发展中存在组织权利界限不明、内部治理结构不完善、组织管理控制不得力、整体组织化程度偏低等问题。河南加快商会组织化发展,必须进一步明确商会组织的组织权限;完善商会组织的内部治理结构;加强商会组织的内部控制与外部监督;提高商会组织的整体组织化程度。
As an important social organ, the trade union＇ s organization development is the essential require- ment for promoting its healthy and orderly development and the necessary requirement for realizing social manage- ment organization. In the development of Henan Trade Association there exist such questions as no obvious organi- zation right limits, not perfect internal governance structure, not effective organization and control, low degree of o- verall organization. For speeding up the development of Henan＇ s trade union, it is necessary to further clear the trade union＇ s organization right, perfect its internal governance structure, strengthen its internal control and exter- nal supervision; raise the overall organization degree.
