摘要
本文介绍已研制成功的光纤耦合温度计工作原理。该仪器的信号检测电路采用电阻-脉冲宽度调制方案,提供参考通道;用脉宽-位置脉冲转换电路实现微功耗设计;选用光纤做信号传输元件,使仪器具有高精度和强抗干扰能力,适用于易燃易爆和超高压等特殊场合温度参数检测。本仪器测试指标达到:测温范围:0~100℃,误差:<0.3℃,钮扣电池供电最短工作时间:大于10天。
This paper introduces a new operation principle ofthe thermistor with optical fiber link which has been developedsuccessfully. The thermistor' s signal detection circuit is of thepulse width modulation and has a reference channle for ratiomeasurement. All the probe circuits consist of CMOS and usepulse position modulation which works in micro powerconsumption. Used as signal transmission, optical fiber enablesthe thermistor to have higher accuracy and anti-interferenceability, and be applied to special circumstances such as extrahighvoltage equipment and combustible as well as explosiblecondition. The specifications of the thermistor are as following:temperaturerange: 0~100℃, error: <0.3℃, operation time withminiaturecell: >10 days, optical fiber link for test: 20 m.
