摘要
本文分析了用CAD/CAM开环控制磨削凸轮时,砂轮磨损和传动系统运动副间隙对凸轮轮廓精度的影响,对由这两种因素引起的凸轮轮廓误差,提出了有效的控制方法,为在生产中推广使用CAD/CAM开环控制提供了理论依据。经生产应用证实,这种控制误差的方法是可靠的。
This paper analyses the effect of the abrasion ofgrinding wheels and the clearance of pair kinematic on theaccuracy, of cam outline in the course of grinding cam controledby CAD/CAM. An effective control method, which providestheoretical foundation for popularly using the CAD/CAM open-loop control, is presented. The reliability of this method hasbeen confirmed by its appliance.
