固定架结合有限内固定在高能量Pilon骨折中的应用被引量：3

摘要目的探讨外固定架结合有限内固定治疗高能量Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院于2010年至2012年收治的30例进行外固定架结合有限内固定治疗的高能量Pilon骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,为观察组,另选同期进行切开复位内固定治疗的高能量Pilon骨折患者30例作为对照组,随访观察两组患者的骨折复位、踝关节功能恢复及并发症发生情况,比较两种治疗方法的临床效果。结果进行AOFAS踝关节功能评分,观察组患者术后踝关节功能恢复好于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外固定架结合有限内固定治疗高能量Pilon骨折有着明显的临床疗效,且术后踝关节功能恢复良好,术后并发症发生率低。
