摘要
目的:了解长沙市区三级综合医院急诊科护士的生存质量与社会支持的现状,探讨两者的相关性。方法:采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)和社会支持评定量表,对纳入标准的对象进行问卷调查。结果 :急诊科护士的生存质量总得分为(56.65±12.71)分,社会支持总得分为(31.33±7.34)分,急诊科护士的生存质量水平与社会支持程度呈正相关(r=0.35,P<0.001)。结论:目前急诊科护士的生存质量水平偏低,获得的社会支持不够;两者之间呈正相关性。医院管理者和急诊科护士可以考虑从增加社会支持入手,改善急诊科护士的生存质量。
Objective：To investigate the current Quality of Life （QOL） and social support among emergency nurses in the tertiary general hospitals in Changsha, and discuss the relationship between them. Methods：Nurses met the inclusion criteria were surveyed by the WHO Quality of Life BREF （WHOQOL-BREF） scale and the Social Support Rating Scale. Results：The total mean score of QOL was 56.65±12.71. The total mean score of social support was 31.33±7.34. There was a positive relationship between their QOL and social support （r=0.35, P〈0.001）. Conclusions：Both the QOL and the social support rating of emergency nurses are low. The positive relationship between them suggests that hospital managers and emergency nurses themselves can improve the Quality of Life by enhancing their social support.
