活齿齿形的加工原理及其加工装置的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文在活齿传动原理的基础上,应用运动转化理论,形成了活齿齿形的范成加工原理,根据此原理设计出通用的活齿齿形的加工装置(或称活齿齿形的加工附件)。它的突出特点是可以作为附件加装在现有的滚齿机上,用比较简单的刀具,能够准确地加工出参教可以任意选择的活齿齿形,为进一步普及和推广活齿传动的应用创造了有利条件。 Based on transmission principle of sliding-tooth gear and kinematic conversion theorem, the authors obtain a generating method for manufacturing to this method, a device for cutting the profile of annular wheel (or so called as its tooth-profile cutting accessory) was designed. As its disting- uishing adventage, it can be fixed on existed hobbing machines. so, any kind of annular wheels with whatever selected param- eters can be manufactured by cylindrical milling cutter (for rough machining) or grinding head (for final operation). It is therefore in good condition to introduce the sliding-tooth gear into manufacturing practice,
