SNapshot微测序技术分析SNCA基因多态性与帕金森病关联性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测帕金森易感基因SNCA(rs356165、rs894278、rs4106153、rs7684318)4个单核苷酸多态性位点,分析在帕金森(PD)组与对照组人群基因频率的差异。方法采用SNapshot微测序技术分析对云南地区116例汉族PD患者和95例健康对照组进行基因SNCA4个单核苷酸多态性位点分析,运用SHEsis软件进行连锁不平衡检验,SPSS13.0软件和等位基因频率、基因型频率比较,对比PD组与对照组之间频率的分布差异。结果PD组和对照组SNCA基因rs356165、rs7684318等位基因分布、各基因型频率比较未存在差异性(等位基因P=0.29,x2=1.39;P=0.20,x2=1.57;基因型频率P=0.21,x2=3.11;P=0.22,X2=2.95)。PD组和对照组SNCA基因rs894278、rs4106153等位基因分布比较差异有显著性(P=0.02,x2=1.59;P=0.003,x2=8.35)。在rs894278位点各基因型频率比较差异无显著性(P:0.08,x2=4.96),而rs4106153各基因型频率比较差异有显著性(P=0.02,x2=7.11)。结论云南省汉族人群中SNCA基因rs894278和rs4106153与PD显著相关,rs356165、rs7684318不与PD相关。rs894278位点的GG基因型和rs4106153位点AA基因型与PD的发病密切相关,可能是PD的发生的遗传性危险因素。
