急性心源性肺水肿的无创正压通气选择时机与评估

摘要
随人口老龄化的发展,心血管疾病、老年人手术及危重症患者不断增加,急性心源性肺水肿(ACPE)的发生率逐渐增高,其中重症ACPE是发生呼吸衰竭和导致临床死亡的常见病因。ACPE可以是原有慢性心力衰竭患者的病情突然加重,也可以是在无明显心脏疾病的背景下突然发生,可由心脏收缩或舒张功能不全、心脏节律异常或心脏前后负荷异常引起。
