摘要
目的探讨鱼腥草注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效和对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法将2010年6月到2013年6月来我院接受治疗的218例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿给予静脉滴注病毒唑注射液,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予静脉滴注鱼腥草注射液。2组治疗5 d后对疗效进行评定,并于治疗前后采集静脉血采用流式细胞术分析患儿外周T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞的变化。结果对照组和观察组的临床治疗有效率分别为84.40%和98.17%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后CD3+CD4+T细胞的百分比、CD4/CD8比例和NK细胞百分比较治疗前明显增加,而CD8+T淋巴细胞百分比较治疗前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对照组患者治疗前后无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鱼腥草注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著,可能通过调节机体细胞免疫功能而实现。
To explore the effects of Yuxincao injection on rotavirus enteritis and immune function in infants,total of 218 infants with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divide into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with ribavirin via intravenous infusion,while patients in observation group were treated with ribavirin plus Yuxincao injection.Five days after treatment.Efficacy in both control group and observation group was analyzed,and T-lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells from peripheral blood were also analyzed by flow cytometry.We found that total treatment efficacy in observation group（98.17%） was significantly higher than that of control group（84.40%）（P 0.05）.The percentage of CD3＋CD4＋T lymphocytes,the ratio of CD4/ CD8,and the percentage of NK cells in observation group were significantly enhanced after treatment,but the percentage of CD3＋CD8＋T lymphocytes significantly reduced,as compared with that before treatment（P 0.05）.While the above mentioned indexes showed no statistical significance in control group between before and after treatment（P 0.05）.In conclusion,Yuxincao injection has good efficacy in treating rotavirus enteritis by improving immunologic function in infants with rotavirus enteritis.
