摘要
目的探讨足月自然分娩孕妇获得性免疫反应特征。方法将观察对象分为3组,通过流式细胞仪、免疫组化和RTPCR对绒毛膜白细胞进行比较分析。结果 3组在细胞亚型、特异性受体、特异性CAMs和细胞因子各方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同组别水平不同。结论足月妊娠孕妇CD4+T细胞活化,激活机体趋化因子、细胞因子,使趋化因子受体、细胞黏附分子等,共同参与组成自然分娩的免疫系统。
To explore the immune characteristics and adaptive immune response of choriodecidua leukocyte in human spontaneous parturition at term,we recruited 3 kinds of labors: spontaneous premature delivery(15 cases),uterine-incision delivery of term pregnancy(17 cases),and spontaneous delivery of term pregnancy(16 cases).Chorionic leukocyte in these labors were analyzed by flow cytometry,immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.Results showed there were statistically different in the density of leukocyte,specific receptor,specific CAMs and cytokines(P 0.05).In conclusion,CD4+T cell activation,chemokines activation,cytokines activation,chemokine receptor and cell adhesion molecule expression are all involved in the immune system of human spontaneous labor at term.
