摘要
创建"资源节约型、环境友好型"企业是工业部门走节约发展、清洁发展的道路之一。文章从界定"资源节约型、环境友好型"企业的内涵出发,按照指标体系构建原则,建立了3层次和16个指标的"资源节约型、环境友好型"企业综合评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各目标层相关指标的权重,并以某钢铁企业为例,评价企业"资源节约型、环境友好型"水平。
Establishing ＂Resource-saving, Environment-friendly ＂enterprise is one path to a less wasteful conservation development and clean development mechanism on the meaning of ＂Resource-saving, Environment-friendly＂, the evaluation index system paper is hierarchy executed feasibility impenetrated by three gradations structures and sixteen process （AHP） to determine the weight of every index by taking an iron and steel enterprises as an example to of the comprehensive evaluation system ,and the result shows of the Based ndexes .Used analytic .Finally ,case study is test the rationality and aood.
